Extraction of total flavonoids from bamboo leaves by supercritical carbon dioxide

The effects of temperature,time,pressure and dosage of chemical preparation on extraction efficiency of total flavonoids from bamboo leaves by supercritical carbon dioxide were studied in this paper,in which the carbon dioxide flow was maintained at 25L/h.The optimal extraction conditions were obtained by using orthogonal test as follows:extraction temperature 40℃,extraction time 3h,extraction pressure 30MPa and dosage of chemical preparation 4.5mL/g.
