The complex [PtCl 2 (cyclohexane-1 R ,2 R -diamine)] has been combined with the histone deacetylase inhibitor valproic acid and the potential antimetastatic perillic acid in order to obtain a set of multiaction Pt(IV) antiproliferative agents.
