In order to research the overpressure characteristic of shock wave in confined chamber,TNT was used as typical explosive to do air explosion test in a confined chamber. Though the tested overpressure curve in the chamber. The effect of charge mass,sensor's position and oxygen content on the shock wave and quasi-static were analyzed and put forward the concept of time of the formation of quasi-static overpressure. The result shows that,as the charge mass increasing,both shock wave overpressure and quasi-static pressure increased,while,the time of the formation of quasi-static overpressure decreased. Although,The sensor in channel can't show peak overpressure,it can test quasi-static pressure accurately. As the oxygen content increasing,quasi-static pressure increase.The result implied that detonation products combusted after detonation and increase oxygen content can increase reaction efficiency
