Application progress of descriptive analysis in sensory evaluation of foods

This paper simply introduces several descriptive analysis methods in the field of food science,including quantitative descriptive analysis,spectrum descriptive analysis,citation–frequency analysist,ime–intensity descriptive analysis,free–choice descriptive analysis.Then take some examples concerning their applications and analyze the development tendency of descriptive analysis.
