glucanase is an important resistant matter in the antifungi of plant.It can be induced by many biofactors and nonbiofactors.β-1,3-glucanase can inhibit the growth and reproduction of plant fungal pathogens.Resistance to fungal pathogens of the plant would increase after being introduced the gene encoding β-1,3-glucanase.The results showed that it was a effective way to control fungal pathogens by developing transgenic plant.The gene of β-1,3-glucanase together with other resistant genes transferred into plant can enhance its resistance.Following contents were reviewed in the paper:inducing and classifying of β-1,3-glucanase,interaction between secretion of fungi and β-1,3-glucanase,its transgenic research and co-expressing.
