Analysis on new processing techniques related to vacuum pump nozzle

Nozzle is the core of vacuum pump.This paper described processing techniques which acquired in production practice of nozzle.It especially summarized the processing techniques related to the nozzle,front end of nozzle,tapered pipe of nozzle and some auxiliary tools.It provided a reference for mechanical process of nozzle.
