Development of the Air-Suction Peanut Precision Mulching Film and Punching Planter

In order to sort out existing technical problems on current planter, A new type of air-suction peanut precision mulching film and punching planter, 2BQHM-2 was developed, herein introduced was its structural design, technical performance and characteristic of the planter and main working parts. The planter mainly consists of fertilization device, ridging device, opener, filming device, dibbler and casing soil device etc, and it can continuously complete all the field work as ridging, fertilizer, filming, planting, and casing soil operations with one time. In the peanut growing typical region, the field trial of planter showed that overall performance is relatively stable, all components operate smoothly, and the operating indicators can technically meet the design requirements.
