The influence of excessive exercise on Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor in hippocampal neurons

Observe the influence of chronic excessive exercise on Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) in hippocampal neurons to find the relationship between the BDNF and the morphological changes of hippocampus neurons after chronic excessive exercise. The SABC-Immunhistochemistry method was used and found the expression of BDNF increased in the damaged hippocampal neurons. Therefore, it is possible that the increased BDNF expression protect the neurons against to be damaged.
