摘要
By utilizing the abundant metal ions in modified vermiculite waste solution and doping with Ni ions, a Ni-based precursor like hydrotalcite was directly synthesized using co-precipitation method for methane dry reforming reaction. Performance testing conducted at 750 °C showed that the catalyst exhibited excellent activity, with a CH4 conversion rate of 85.76 % and a CO2 conversion rate of 84.42 %. This outstanding performance can be attributed to the uniform distribution and appropriate particle size of the catalyst prepared from the hydrotalcite precursor, as well as the strong metal-support interaction between metal carriers due to the orderly distribution of nickel.
