The bulk magnetic measurements (dc magnetization, specific heat, ac-susceptibility) on ${\mathrm{Ho}}_{3}\mathrm{Co}$ suggest that its magnetic structure changes continuously below the N\'eel temperature ${T}_{N}=21$ K until another antiferromagnetic (AFM) transition takes place at ${T}_{t}=9$ K. In the temperature range $3\phantom{\rule{4pt}{0ex}}\text{K}\ensuremath{\le}T<{T}_{N}$, the magnetic structure is described by an incommensurate propagation vector $\mathbf{k}=(\ensuremath{\alpha},0,0)$ with $0.1605<\ensuremath{\alpha}<0.1585$ and a commensurate component ${\mathbf{k}}_{0}=(0,0,0)$. For ${T}_{t}
