摘要
At present, ZJ116 cigarette machine has been equipped with OTIS, an optical detection system for filter cigarette shape. Using optical principle, the defective cigarettes that do not meet the predetermined quality standards, such as cigarette pleating, paper sticking, flattening and bursting, are detected and eliminated, This paper focuses on designing an OTIS shape detection and calibration device, Make up for the key problems in the production process, such as light source attenuation, detection accuracy decline, imbalance between front and back channels, etc. The system structure and application method of the calibration device are introduced in detail. The purpose of this design is mainly to improve the accuracy of cigarette shape detection, avoid unnecessary shape defects of cigarettes flowing into downstream machines, and ensure the appearance quality of finished cigarettes.
