Study on Thermal Effect of Metasurface for Temperature-Insensitive Hybrid Optical System

We analyzed the thermal effects of metasurfaces to design temperature-insensitive hybrid optical systems. We found that the deformation of meta-atom (nano-structure) or the change of the index is negligible but the substrate expansion is important.
