CT findings of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma

Objective:To analyse CT appearances of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,and to improve the knowledge of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.Methods:Pre-and post-contrast images of patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma were analyzed in 18 case.Results:The main CT features include:pre-contrast CT scanning was low density lesions in all patients; cholangiectasis around and was within the lesion in 18 cases;in arterial phase no enhancement 7 cases,mild enhance ment 11 cases; in delayed scan there was progressive enhancement in All cases.Conclusion:CT scanning was a important,investigative method for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,progressive enhancement and cholangiectasis is important signs in diagnosing intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
