Direction Finding Ambiguity Resolution by Combination of Long Baselines

After a sufficient and necessary condition of phase interferometer unambiguous direction finding is proved,two methods of ambiguity resolution by combination of long baselines are presented.In the presence of measurement error,the approach of correct ambiguity resolution is put forward after analyzing the condition.The comparison of two methods shows their performance,which can be used for system design.Some examples are given,which is beneficial to understand the ambiguity problem.
