The effect of impurity protein in BSA products on the ELISA of bovine serum

Purity of eight kinds of Bovine serum albumin (BSA)products from different manufactures are examined by ELISA and electrophorsis.The result shows that the impurities which are included in the BSA products will interfere the result of the bovine serum.Therefore, it is important to choose the BSA products carefully,when we do the ELISA of bovine serum.
