THE EXTRACTION OF TRITERPENE GLUCOSIDE FROM FRUCTUS MOMORDTCAE

A triterpene glucoside, which is a good sweetening agen land has some health promoting properties was extracted from Fructus Momordicae (Luo Han Guo). Calcium hydroxide was found to be the best clarification agent,after the clarification effects of calcium hydroxide,alum and aluminum chloride were compared. Ion exchange resins D280,D290,D61 and D151 were very effective in decol-orization,and an absorption resin was used to separate this triterpene glucoside successfully.
