Study on UHMW-PAN-based hollow fiber membrane and its application(4) Preparation technology of hollow fiber membrane based on UHMW-PAN

In this paper,the hollow fiber membrane was prepared with ultrahigh molecular weight polyacrylonitrile(UHMW-PAN) and the method and technology of preparing hollow fiber membrane were studied in details.The experiment results indicate that hollow fiber membrane produced by gel-spinning has better strength at break and flexibility,the suitable spinning technology conditions are: molecular weight M_v is 1.29×10~6,concentration of solution C is 3%,air gap length L is 3 cm,and drawing ratio R is 14.
