Bacterial plays an important role in the material circulation and energy flow of the ecological environment.The study laid the theoretical foundation of microbiology for improving the ecological environment of Weishan by the environmental restoration functions of bacterias.Both building a 16 SrDNA database and DGGE are used to study the bacterial diversity of cultural area and uncultured area of Weishan Lake.The results show that:there difference in bacterial community structure between cultured area and uncultured area of Weishan Lake.The bacterial species of cultured area are mainly Proteobacteria,Verrucomicrobia,Chloroflexi,Acidobacteria,Spirochaetes,Chlorobi and Bacteroidetes.β-Proteobacteria were the dominant flora.The bacterial species of uncultured area are mainly Proteobacteria,Verrucomicrobia,Bacteroidetes,and theβ-Proteobacteriaandδ-Proteobacteriaare the most abundant species.
