摘要
Lithium ion battery has a series of significant advantages, such as a low energy consumption, high specific capacity and specific energy, high working voltage, long cycle life, low self discharge, friendly to environment, good cycle performance, long service life and so on .Today it is widely applied in various aspects, such as notebook computers, electric cars, cameras, etc.With the wide application of lithium ion battery, the lithium ion battery performance requirements are higher and higher.High performance of the battery depends on the improvement of the performance of the negative electrode materials and positive electrolyte materials [1].Battery cathode and anode materials are from the invention of lithium ion battery to now also experience improvement again and again.This paper introduces the lithium ion battery cathode and anode materials the development of history.Lithium ion battery research began in the 1980 s. Lithium ion battery refers to lithium ion embedded compounds as the anode material of lithium ion battery.Lithium-ion batteries for its advantages much more and more get the welcome of people.The advantages of lithium ion battery performance compared to other battery shown in the following Table 2 .
