Objective To study and analyze the effect of sodium hyaluronate gel in preventing gynecological postoperative adhesion.Methods Eighty six patients who were treated with surgery in department of gynecology from March 2011 to June 2012 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group,the patients of control group were treated with routine operation method,the patients of observation group were treated with sodium hyaluronate gel based on the treatment of control group,then the adhesion rate and complication rate of two groups were compared.Results The different grade adhesion rate of observation group were all lower than those of control group,rate of complications was lower than that of control group,all P 0.05,the differences were all statistalally significant.Conclusion The sodium hyaluronate gel can effectivey prevent gynecological postoperative adhesion,and its value is higher.
