Analysis on Formation Mechanism of Strategic Risk from the Perspective of Strategic Behavior

The core of strategy is establishing matching relationship between enterprise and environment,which will not automatically generate,is the results of strategic behavior,the results of active or passive choice.This paper points out that the match between enterprise and environment is outcome or goal state desired to achieve,and if the resulting can appear or not,mainly influenced by strategic behavior,including the strategic initiative,passive action or inaction.Strategic risk is formed due to strategic behavior failed to effectively maintain the matching between enterprise and environment and causes the strategic goals deviation from the expected target.Which Strategic behavior affected by the external environment and internal conditions,failure to decrease strategy,resource,capacity and environment matching imbalance in the organization inside susceptive limits,makes the strategic target deviate from the expected,affects the implementation of strategic goal,is strategic risk formation mechanism.Strategic behavior includes strategic decision and strategic implementation.This paper focuses on the analysis of the intrinsic formation causes on strategic decision risk and strategy implement risk,in the strategic decision-making behavior and strategy implementation behavior.
