The theoretical analysis on current-responsivity for micro-bolometer under constant voltage bias method

In this paper,for micro-bolometric focal plane arrays,we point out the imperfection of conventional current-responsivity processing means under constant voltage bias method,set up the physical thermal model of the micro-bolometer in response to infrared,and accurately deduce the expression of current-responsivity in theory,which provides a theoretical base for accurate correction of micro-bolometric focal plane arrays.
