The Current Partnership of Wood Processing Industry Supply Chain Research

With the trust,relationship commitment and dependent 3 dimensions as investigation index to measure the partnership of the wood processing industry supply chain,the nature of 70 enterprises in the wood processing industry supply chain Putian city in Fujian province,the situation of enterprises involved in wood processing industry supply chain,enterprises on the supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises more preferred to trust the types of enterprises and the partnership of the wood industry supply chain carries on the questionnaire survey. Survey results show that: a lot of the original wood or wood products circulation enterprises began to go on the road of the combination of industry and trade,the vast majority of the surveyed enterprises both upstream suppliers also have downstream manufacturers or dealers,half of the enterprises more trust in the upstream enterprises of the supply chain; in the wood processing industry supply chain,the majority of enterprises commitment to the high trust and relationship between upstream and downstream enterprises,the majority of enterprises believe that by establishing supply chain partnership to achieve win-win situation but tend to have a better choice to replace supplier or manufacturer. Therefore,suggested that in the wood processing between supply chain partner enterprises to establish a trust mechanism in timber industry association as a link,establish a core enterprise as the center of the long-term cooperative relations,set up information sharing platform,promote information sharing among supply chain partners of wood processing industry.
