Present and prospects of neoprene adhesives

The neoprene adhesive includes solvent type,latex type and non-solvent type. The solvent neoprene adhesive has good performance and has been widely used. But it has the limitation due to the ingredients of toxic, harmful and flammable organic solvents. This paper analyses the presence and future of neoprene adhesives, and points out that the future development for neoprene adhesives is to be environment friendly,and improve the performance.
