Installation and System Transformation of Suspension Structure of a Single Tower and Spatial Cable Plane Self-Anchored Suspension Bridge

The main bridge of Fumin Bridge in Tianjin is a single tower and spatial cable plane self-anchored suspension bridge.The system transformation of the bridge was carried out by tensioning the bridge hangers for three rounds and by adjusting the hanger force for several rounds.In this paper,the construction techniques for installation and system transformation of the suspension structure(cable clamps and hangers) of the bridge are mainly presented.
