Optimum Design System of the Shearing Mechanism in Groove Guided Rolling Shear

The groove guided rolling shear has been introduced,and reason for the peak of shearing force has been analyzed. After the collection of shearing force formula,the CAD software has been developed,which integrated the optimum design module and verification module. The study results prove the advantages of groove guided rolling shear in improving the quality of shearing and reducing the peak shearing force. The developed CAD software can be used as a convenient manner in rolling shears optimum design.
