Comparison of Effects of Disoprofol Combined with Ketamine in Different Concentrations

Objective To observe the anesthetic effects of disoprofol combined with ketamine in three different concentration for paediatric surgery. Methods Sixty patients were divided into three groups, eath group was induced with diffreat drug combination.Group 1:disopofol 1mg/kg +ketamine 1mg/kg, Group 2:disopofol 1.5mg/kg +ketamine 0.67mg/kg,Group 3:disopofol 2mg/kg +ketamine 0.34mg/kg. Anesthetic state were maintained by micro-pump with diffrent drugs combination. 1/3 of drug dosage were injected when body movement.The MAP,HR, and SPO 2 of patients were recorded when pre-anesthesia, 1min, 5min and 15min after-anesthesia.Times of body movement, awake-time and nightmaive during anesthesia were also recorded.Results Circulation state of patients were stable and SPO 2 decreased in three groups. But figure of SPO 2 were more than 90 pencent.Body movement were 2.3 times in group 3, and it was less in group 1 and group 2,group 1group 2group 3 in awake-time.Conclusions Anesthetic effects of three groups were satisfactory,but drug combination in group 2 was more reasonable.
