Breakthrough instruments and products: Biocompatible epoxies for medical device manufacturing

This article discusses the use of biocompatible, two-part epoxies in medical devices. When used as adhesive encapsulants, these products improve the ruggedness of wire-bonded, chip-on-board microelectronic assemblies.
