It is an undeniable fact that artificial intelligence that comes across as a supportive role in educational environments affects the job perfosrmance of teachers. Artificial intelligence, with its varying effects felt in both positive and negative ways, has brought the concept of "quiet quitting" to mind for teachers. Artificial intelligence and quiet quitting, as two important concepts that have the property of determining the quality of education, constitute the main theme of this research. The aim of the research is to investigate the relationship between teachers' perceptions of artificial intelligence and their quiet quitting levels. For this purpose, Turkish teachers and physical education teachers constitute the sample group of the research. Two scales were used in the research conducted by quantitative method. The obtained data were analyzed by using ANFIS and ANN method through MATLAB program. The results of the study indicate that both physical education and Turkish language teachers' attitudes towards artificial intelligence (AI) are strongly related to their tendency to quiet quitting, regardless of their level of AI knowledge. Quiet quitting tendencies were observed at similar levels in teachers with both positive and negative attitudes. Additionally, as AI knowledge increases, a tendency for quiet quitting was observed in both fields, though this tendency was higher among physical education teachers.
