摘要
We designed and synthesized a tricoordinate borane oxygen atom and carbazole embedded (Ph-OBNA) moiety. Ph-OBNA exhibited a narrowband MR-TADF and their aggregated properties were comparatively studied with a well-known TADF (DMAC-DPS) emitter. Interestingly, DMAC-DPS exhibited a reduced exciton concentration quenching owing to its AIE behavior, unlike Ph-OBNA. Finally, we applied those materials to harvest the highly efficient organic light-emitting diode via hyper fluorescence device strategy, resulting in an efficient narrow-band deep blue emission compared with that of conventional fluorescence emitters.
