Applications of polyglutamic acid and it's derivatives in the field of new DDS

Polyglutamic acid is a new biodegradable material. It has a special use in the field of new drug delivery system(DDS). In this paper, the use of polyglutamic acid and its derivatives in recent years on improving drugs watersolubility, reducing toxicity, control / slow release and increasing drugs targeting were summarized.
