Countermeasures for Sustainable Utilization of Water Resources in Well & Canal Combination Irrigation District of Sanjiang Plain

The general situation of the development and utilization of water resources in sanjiang plain well canal combination irrigation district is introduced in this paper.Meanwhile,in view of the existing problems,the countermeasures for future sustainable utilization are put forward.
