Clinical Treatment of Ceasarean Section Combined with Uterine Myoma by Analyzing 78cases

Objective To discuss the pregnant women with uterine myoma in patients with cesarean section at the same time in the removal of myoma treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis of the treatment effects of 78 cases of the pregnant women with uterine myomas can be operated myomectomy at the same time of cesarean section in our hospital from December 2006 to December 2008.Results 78 cases of patients with cesarean section in all of the successful removal of myoma without puerperal infection and second operation.Conclusion It is an effective treatment for the pregnant women with uterine myoma to reasonably choose myomectomy based on the actual condition in the course of pregnancy at the same time.
