Advances on removal of low-molecular-weight organics by reverse osmosis and nanofiltration

The mechanism,research progress and application status of separating non-dissociation and dissociation low-molecular-weight organics in aqueous solution by reverse osmosis(RO) or nanofiltration(NF) were presented in this paper. The future research direction and application of RO and NF for separating low-molecular-weight organics from aqueous solution were also analyzed and prospected.
