Technical Analysis on the Making of Rocket-Firework Powder from Expired Propellants

Basic properties of traditional rocket-firework powders have been compared with expired propellants. Technical requirements for propellant for traditional rocket-firework powder and modern rocket fireworks have been described. Key techniques that might be solved by using expired propellant to produce rocket-firework powders with stable burning and smokless properties as well as the trends for future development have been put forward.
