Fluorescence from the second excited singlet state of thiophosgene vapour

Fluorescence has been observed from the second excited singlet state of thiophosgene vapour. The emission is excited mainly by transitions originating in the out-of-plane bending mode of the ground state and terminating in the lowest vibrational levels of the excited state.
