Clinical report of 100 young myopia people treated with orthokeratology

Objective:To investigate the effect of orthokeratology for young people with myopia.Methods:The myopia diopter,corneal curvature and diameter were assessed during the procedure.The lens were designed for 10～12 hours nightwear.Results:After the procedure,the uncorrected visual of 156 eyes(81.30%) is over 1.0,17 eyes were between 0.6 ～0.8.Conclusion:The orthokeratology is effective for mild myopia without serious complications.[FK(WB80011。5]
