Topographic-anatomical investigation of lymphatic vessels in hind limbs has been performed in mature healthy white rats (males, 200-220 g). While studying 25 preparations of the pelvis and 50 hind limbs, it has been stated that the lymphatic bed of the white rat hind limb consists of superficial (situated in two layers) and deep lymphatic vessels, their number, transversal section and topography at different levels being strictly regular and to a certain extent dependent on a specific structure of fascia of the extremity and on a peculiar topography of its blood vessels.
