摘要
A photoinduced palladium-catalyzed alkylvinylation of electron-deficient alkenes has been developed through direct Csp3-H bond activation. This three-component cascade employs diverse Csp3-H donors (ethers, acetals, toluenes, cycloalkanes), electron-deficient alkenes, and styrenes to construct densely substituted products without requiring prefunctionalized alkyl reagents. The reaction proceeds via aryl radical-mediated hydrogen atom transfer followed by sequential radical additions under mild conditions. The method demonstrates broad substrate scope and good functional group tolerance, delivering alkylvinylated products with excellent chemoselectivity.
