Fitness training applications guide individuals in achieving their fitness goals by providing exercise routines, coaching, and form correction. This paper focuses on creation of a fitness training application named Workout Whiz which makes use of AI technologies to offer personalized coaching, immediate form correction, comprehensive progress tracking and the provision of personalized diet plans developed using python, OpenAI html, CSS and JavaScript. The application provides personalized coaching and monitoring, ensuring users perform exercises correctly and safely. It analyses users' movements during workouts and yoga sessions, identifying any deviations from proper form and delivering instant feedback for correction. Moreover, it offers comprehensive progress tracking by recording users' exercise history, weight lifted, and repetitions completed.
