摘要
Compared with traditional prosthodontic methods, digital prosthodontic technology greatly simplifies the treatment process of patients and improves the accuracy of prosthesis. The fully digital workflow is becoming an important direction of the development of fixed prosthodontics. It can not only effectively improve the efficiency, accuracy and predictability of prosthodontics, but also help the cooperation between multiple disciplines to ensure the systematic treatment. This article systematically discusses the concept process, key technology, material progress and application of completely digital prosthodontic process, as well as the remaining problems, in order to provide reference for its clinical application.相较传统修复方法,口腔数字化修复技术大大简化了缺牙患者的修复治疗过程,同时提高了修复的准确性。口腔固定修复的全数字化流程,不仅能有效提高修复治疗的效率、准确性与可预期性,而且有助于多学科间合作,保证治疗的系统性,由此成为口腔修复领域的重要发展方向。本文就口腔固定修复全数字化流程的概念、关键技术、材料进展与应用以及尚存的问题进行论述,以期为临床提供参考。.
