摘要
We present a novel method of spin-spray for preparing Ag/CNTs composite films on photo-grafted polyimide (PI) substrate, which is evolved from spin and spray method. Compared with the composites synthesized of silver nanoparticles and CNTs, it reduced pores of silver matrix. Meanwhile, MWCNTs in Ag/CNTs films show an outstanding deposition and dispersity. Owing to CNTs, the sheet resistance of Ag/CNT-5 declined by 74.4% compared to the pristine Ag films. Adhesive strength was strong enough for practicability by photo-grafting. Otherwise, environmental stability was carried out and the selective coatings for diverse inter-connection with various deformations supported the application practicability.
