摘要
Abstract A facile spraying method was developed to fabricate superhydrophobic leather coating. The coating was obtained by spraying polyacrylate emulsion and followed by spraying ethanol dispersion of hydrophobic silica nanoparticles. The hydrophobicity of the obtained coating could be tuned by varying the number of spraying layers of hydrophobic silica nanoparticles. The coating was universal on other cellulose-based substrates.
