摘要
Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has the characteristics of high efficiency, large rotational inertia, and fast dynamic response. In recent years, the speed sensorless control technology of PMSM has significant advantages, such as reduced costs, smaller volume, and enhanced system anti-interference. Therefore, it has become a research hotspot. This article relies on a set of 50kw AC-DC-AC SiC inverter, adopts a composite control strategy, and focuses on the optimized control method of PMSM without speed sensors at low, medium and high speeds. With the help of high-performance digital signal processor DSP28335, the switching of two control methods can be achieved and the system experiment in the full speed domain is completed. The experimental results are basically consistent with the measured values of the speed encoder. This verifies the effectiveness and accuracy of the speed sensorless control algorithm which has good theoretical guidance significance for engineering applications.
