摘要
The era of mobile apps is paving new ways in contemporary marketing. This new technological evolution has killed the traditional ways of doing business many amazing new possibilities have opened up. Mobile app is a fusion of functional and technological advances that uses internet for advertising and sales promotion. The consumer adoption rate for these mobile apps is increasing very rapidly and businesses without exclusive apps are hard to survive. This paper aims to reduce the dimensions of Customer Satisfaction in Food Delivery Apps in Chittoor District of Andhra Pradesh, India. Purposeful sampling technique is used to collect data from 249 food delivery app users. Four factors are identified viz., Service Delivery Quality, Security, Ease of Use and Customer care and significant inter-item correlation is observed.
