摘要
The single-layer orthogonal saddle cable net with an opening is an innovative structural system combining features of saddle-shaped and spoke-type cable nets. Taking the Xi’an International Football Center as a case study, this research investigates its construction formation process using a 1∶10 scaled physical model and finite element simulations. Five lifting schemes and four tensioning schemes were designed and compared based on their ability to minimize unbalanced forces and ensure structural stability. Results demonstrate that synchronous lifting and tensioning of load-bearing and stabilizing cables is the optimal method, effectively reducing displacement deviations and cable force errors. Experimental validation was conducted to analyze height deviations, force redistribution, and structural behavior during lifting and tensioning stages. This study provides insights into the construction methodology of large-scale cable net structures, offering practical guidance for optimizing construction precision, ensuring structural stability, and reducing formation errors in similar projects.
