Precision medicine in targeted therapy of lung cancer

Precision medicine is a bold new research effort to revolutionize how we improve health and treat diseases.Based on oncogene driver, targeted therapy of lung cancer is an important part of precision medicine.This article reviews the application of precision medicine in the targeted therapy of lung cancer, taking the development of the targeted therapy of lung cancer for example, to represent precision medicine and prospect the targeted treatment of lung cancer in clinic.
