Study on improving the technology of machining accuracy of NC machine tool

The error model of multi-coordinate NC machine tool was built on the basis of multi-body system theory.The 9 lines identification method for 3-corrdinate NC machine tool was introduced,and the identification method for 6 error items of rotary-coordinate was studied.The software compensation of geometric error is realized in 4-coordinate NC machine tool.The accuracy of error model and practicality of compensation method are explained by the result of test.
