摘要
There is a relationship between total compression and steel wire tensile strength in 60Si2MnA wire rod drawn process. The tensile strength of diameter 5. 5 mm wire rod and different total compression after drawn is tested. When total compression is no more than 75%,there is linear relationship between tensile strength and total compression, the linear regression model is established and related parameters are calculated, the regression formula is correlation tested. When total compression is more than 75%,the regression formula between steel wire tensile strength and total compression is modified, the steel wire tensile strength measured value and calculated value of different total compression is verified by adopting modified formula. Results show that the maximum absolute error of tensile strength calculated value and measured value after formula modified is 65 MPa,maximum relative error is 4. 2%.
