[Objective] The aim was to optimize the culture conditions of fermentation of soybean meal in solid-state by A.niger.[Method] The factors of influencing fermentation of soybean meal in solid-state by A.niger were observed to establish the optimum fermentation technology.[Result] The culture conditions of fermentation of soybean meal in solid-state by A.niger was as follow: Adding 10% bran,9% corn meal,1% glucose,0.15% K2HPO4,0.01% MgSO4,into solid-state materials,cultivating 48-72 h at 28 ℃,turning over every 6 hours.Under the optimum conditions,the soybean peptide was maximum with 6.159 mg/g.[Conclusion] The study can provide reference for fermentation of soybean peptide.
